Event Coordination:

If allowed to hold a 50/50 Raffle at your event. Very little is actually needed from our gracious hosts. As we offer a complete turn-key service. 

​

Our trained staff will need access to your event on the day. This is to sell tickets. A running tally of the total amount raised and winning amount is communicated constantly throughout the day and evening. 

​

A winning announcement towards the end of the event. This is where we announce our winner, Their winnings and the charity amount. (This is also a photo opportunity for social media)

​

In our experience more is better, and the more the event get's behind the idea of 50/50 the bigger the success will be. This could mean including us in your marketing and promotions of the event. Shout outs during the event, all of this is to increases sales and make the winning amount greater. 

 
The reason for this is because we believe that having an individual win R10 000 or R50 000 at your event goes a long way in adding some spice and helps with making the event a lot more memorable for some. Especially the winner. As you could imagine.

We want to expand on your event, making it more memorable for the individual patron.

Please  Remember:


The size of the event you are hosting dictates the prize pool. 
Please don't expect a prize pool of R100 000 if you have 250 people at your event. Just a friendly reminder.

(This in no way means that we have a minimum or maximum number of people at events that we partake in.)

Whilst still small, our goal is to be at events all around the country. So even if your event isn't in our home city or seems a little out of the way. Please still get in touch to see what we can do.
